Do one of your rats have a tumor?? If so please take it to the vet to get removed !

Yeah, she has a mammary tumor… I would have gotten it removed a long time ago if it didn’t cost $300 or more, and she’s already nearly two years old. I’m just lucky it’s not growing as fast as Junkrat’s did <:c
I tried to give her a treat to make her stay still on my bed but of course that didn’t work
and then of course I had to give Ratthew one too
these adorable little idiots will barely stay still for a picture I swear
my rats do this all the time and like 95% of the time it’s adorable
okay so my rats do this thing where they’ll like faceplant when they sleep
and I can never get a pic of them doing it without waking them up but if you google image “rat sleeping in a ball”
lookit these little adorable and out of focus idiots
Ah! I saw you keep your rats in a tank instead of a wire cage! While the flat bottom is good for their feet this could be potentially harmful to them in the long run! When you can I highly suggest you get them a wire cage with a flat bottom! Please talk to your vet and do a little research if you don't believe me. I want what is best for your wonderful and cute babies!

While I do greatly appreciate the input, I simply can’t afford anything else! About six years now I found this 55-ish gallon tank at Goodwill and I’ve been using it ever since. The airflow in my room here is very good, and I clean it quite frequently because of this. Perhaps in the future when I have some stable income and living situation I can splurge a bit and make a true rat paradise… but right now they’re content with perching on the edge and begging for pieces of this cookie I’m eating
