Ultimately I decided to leave it unspecified for people to have their own personal preference on–it’s good to have a little bit of mystery, and I really like seeing the different fanon takes on what it might be.
I’m inclined to agree with Shivers simply based on the fact that if I turn off a couple layers nearly all of my Basilissa drawings end up looking like this

hello! i know it's like probably over a year late but i recently downloaded and played high noon drifter and WOW basilissa is a fantastic character. most demoness designs are like BOOBS BIKINI AND ALSO MAYBE A TAIL but basilissa is actually a MFING DEMONESSS!! she's a brilliant combination of feminiity and demonic power, strong and absolutely badass but still distinctly a woman without dipping into succubus stuff! well done and keep up the good work :)
