Taiwanese chef and food artist Huang Mingbo (previously featured here) found an ingenious use for leftover lobster shells. Instead of pitching them into the compost pile, he builds awesome miniature lobster shell motorcycles. These photos were taken during a food art seminar in Fuzhou, southeast China.

Somewhere out there is an adventurous otter daydreaming about taking a break from the water and hitting the road on a lobstercycle.
