Okay so my uncle makes cheese and my sis and I help out once in a while
Basically all cheese that’s sold (like to a market or a store) needs to be tracked to the batch it came from in case there’s a recall for whatever reason. We use a program called Cheese Tracker that some guy made for my uncle like eight years ago and it’s super outdated but still works okay but everyone hates having to punch in every single date, weight and kind of cheese into the system. It took my sis and I over seven hours to get a stack of paper three inches thick
